Engaging with young people and the local community sits at the heart of Milly’s creative practice. She produced and delivered the LAMDA Pathways Programme from 2019-2022 providing accessible routes for young people from underrepresented groups within the arts to pursue arts careers and drama school training.

 

As Community Producer for female and queer led company Flat 4 Theatre, Milly has produced R&D projects at The BRIT School and Youth Realities, a charity engaging young people affected by teenage relationship abuse.

 

Milly produced the LAMDA Shakespeare in Schools Tour from 2020-2022, bringing abridged Shakespeare productions to young people across Hammersmith & Fulham.
